I’m in my mid-thirties, have my own home, have 2 nice cars, have a secure, good-paying job as an RN. I’m a humble person who softly says "hello" to people in many caring ways. I’m not hot but I’m ugly either. Not fat, but not too slim either. Other male nurses I work with are either flirts, mean to patients, or are not caring. They seem like guys with little potential to be good mates with women, but yet women seem to be attracted to them.

I hear stories all the time about loser guys women are with. Yet, I have my life together. It takes a responsible guy to be able to handle a house on his own. So, why is it that there seem to be no women out there for me. I mean no girl is free, without a boyfriend, for me to meet. I admit, I don’t talk much, as my conversations with women dry up quickly, or as soon as the outgoing, witty guy arrives, he sweeps women off their feet and I end up being alone with my 2 puppy-dogs.

I’m tired of living alone. I have absolutely no one (I literally mean no one) to turn to. Almost any guy in my shoes would be jumping for joy to have what I have, not that materialism is everything. I have no kids to make me forget about my loneliness. What do I do, I’m lonely. I’m tired of this.
